This Privacy Policy explains how the Myanmar 2D mobile
application ("the App", "we", "us") handles information when you use it.
Myanmar 2D is a free app that displays live 2D and 3D results derived from
the SET index. We are committed to protecting your privacy: the App does
not require an account and does not collect
personal information such as your name, email address, phone
number, precise location, contacts, or payment details.
Information We Collect
The App processes only limited, non-personal technical data so it can
function:
Notifications. If you enable alerts, a push
notification token is registered so we can deliver result alerts. You
can turn alerts off at any time (see "Your Choices").
Crash & diagnostic data. Anonymous crash and
performance reports — such as device model, operating system version,
app version, and the technical error details — are collected so we
can find and fix problems. These reports contain no personal
information.
Anonymous identifier. A randomly generated
identifier that is not linked to your identity is used to load
results securely.
Advertising identifier. The App includes Google
AdMob to support advertising. AdMob may access your device's
advertising ID — a resettable identifier that is not your name — and
limited technical data to display and measure ads. You can reset it
or limit ad personalization in your device settings (see "Your
Choices").
Usage analytics. Anonymous statistics about how the
App is used — such as which screens are viewed, session counts, and
general device/app information — are collected via Google Analytics
for Firebase to help us understand usage and improve the App. This
data does not identify you personally.
How We Use Information
To deliver live results, calendars, holidays, and statistics.
To send the result and number alerts you have enabled.
To diagnose crashes and improve the App's stability and performance.
To understand how the App is used and improve its features.
To display advertising within the App.
Advertising
The App uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. To
serve and measure ads, AdMob and its partners may collect and use your
device's advertising ID and certain technical information (such as device
type, a general location derived from your IP address, and how you
interact with ads). This data is handled under Google's policies — see
policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
You can limit ad personalization or reset your advertising ID in your
device settings (for example, Settings → Google → Ads).
Information We Do Not Collect
We do not collect or store your name, email, phone number, precise
location, contacts, photos, or any payment information, and we do not sell
or rent your personal information.
Service Providers
The technical data above is processed on our behalf by Google, our
service provider — including Firebase (notifications, diagnostics, and
usage analytics) and Google AdMob (advertising). Google's handling of
data is governed by Google's Privacy Policy:
policies.google.com/privacy.
Data Retention
Anonymous diagnostic and messaging data is retained only as long as needed
for the purposes above, in line with Firebase's standard retention
policies. Uninstalling the App stops all further data collection.
Your Choices
Notifications. Turn "Result Alerts" and "Modern /
Internet Alerts" on or off in the App's Settings, or disable
notifications for the App in your device settings.
Advertising. Reset your advertising ID or opt out of
personalized ads in your device settings (for example, Settings →
Google → Ads).
Uninstall. Removing the App ends all data collection.
Children's Privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly
collect personal information from them.
